I didn't receive all of my order and there was no information on my invoice indicating what had happened.I called and spoke to Dani, the owner, and he said they were very busy and didn't have time to email customers to notify them that their orders were incomplete.
I was very nice to him, as I believe in treating everyone with respect. Dani became agitated and responded, "We credited your account, so what's the problem?" I asked him how I was supposed to know my account had been credited without any information on my invoice indicating that they were even aware my order was incomplete? Dani replied, "Look, we offer good prices without taxes and if you don't like our service, don't shop with us." I guess this is why Scrapyland is rated "F" with the Better Business Bureau. Too bad I didn't know that before spending $$$ with a company that doesn't care about their customers.
But, what can you expect from someone who can't spell "scrappy" correctly, right?Lol.
